In Tallahasse, Fl. there is a gas station with $3.69 gal. gas and its against the law here to sell gas for less than you pay for it, does that mean all stations can sell for that price?

yeap a slight relieve at the station here in Toledo as well, where you can fill up at $3.52, but I'm still amazed when I see people also filling up at the $3.89 stations

Gas prices have gone down a lot here in the Cleveland, Ohio suburbs. $3.60/gal for regular unleaded. Still too high but much better than $4.00/gal. Hoping theyll go down more after Ayatollah Santorum dropped out of the Presidential race.

En route on Easter Sunday a station sold Reg at $4.03 around 1:30pm. On my way home early evening, the price was $3.99. Gougers!

We need more than a sign of gas prices dropping to give us hope for lower prices at the pump.

@DrGas: Gas prices usually drop slowly because the refineries lock in their delivery prices 30 days in advance.

It's been dropping steadily here for 2 weeks. It bumped up to $3.89 briefly over the Easter weekend but is back down to $3.61 again already.

No they won't! It's now time for everyone to take profits as they keep gas prices where they are. The price might go down, but VERY slooooowly!

The best 'sign' to look at is gasoline futures.
Today Nymex RBOB Gasoline Future 325.06 (¢/gal) -4.61 -1.40% 12:20
It had been up and over 350 last week it was in the 340 range.
