"E-Squirrel, CNG vehicles would operate at about the same pressure."
Yes, I do know that. I also know that modern high pressure tank design helps to mitigate the force resulting from a rupture, and reduce fragmentation, but its still enough to give one pause, isn`t it?

Hyundai Moving Ahead with Hydrogen Fuel-Cell Powered Tucson, an expensive vehicle to purchase, using very expensive hydrogen fuel to operate and can be one very hard fuel to find. Hydrogen fuel is much worse to find and buy than CNG. My current vehicle was paid off many years ago and I don't need any car payments now! I will drive my current vehicle into the ground before buying anything new, used, EV, Inbred, diesel, hydrogen, alternative fuel, CNG, concept and certainly not a Prius, Tesla, Leaf, Volt or an NYC/Sandy Special 'exploding submarine' Fiskar Karma Inbred! Whatever the size or shape of the vehicle, Produce and ‘Drive’ vehicles with high MPG, are very safe, reliable, have a ‘reasonable’ cost and a good ‘value’ for the money. The price of fuel at the pump is too high! XII/XXII/MMXII!

Hydrogen is not ready for prime time as a fuel, hence the mini-mass-production. It will be OK for fleets that operate out of a home base with its own fueling facility.

The crossover, which will be a lease-only vehicle for selected fleets up to 2015, will be built down the regular Tucson assembly line in Ulsan, Korea.
I do not understand that line one single bit. A Tucson assembly line in Ulsan, Korea. Hmmmmmm.

While the infrastructure of hydrogen for fuel cells may not be in place today... when one realizes that hydrogen is the most plentiful fuel... making hydrogen fueled cars only makes sense.
